Shipping & Returns:
Jorja currently ships domestically within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.
Returns/Exchanges:
Jorja has a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of your order. We charge a flat $10 restocking fee for all returns/exchanges.

For exchanges, simply follow the online prompts to select the item(s) you would like to return, and then the item(s) you would like to purchase in exchange.
The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:
- any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged - sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged;
- any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time period elapses and after checking in with your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is in process, please contact us at contact@thejorja.com.
